Clients are responsible for verifying data accuracy and maintaining internal data controls.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixonPro Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Business losses resulting from incorrect data input
• Operational decisions based on user-generated reports
• Third-party ERP, API, or system failures
• Downtime caused by hosting providers, network failures, or external events
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability shall be limited to the service fees paid for the applicable service period.
